After hours access is available to tenants with security access cards or by additional request to the Building Management office.

For general maintenance services provided by Sky Harbor Towers engineering/maintenance staff, please enter your requests in Yardi. This is an online tenant service request, administrative and messaging system. Building standard services include, but not limited it, replacing light bulbs, hot or cold conditions, lock replacements, re-keys and duplicate keys, access FOBs, and minor plumbing. You may enter your service request 24/7 and the building staff will respond in a timely manner. Some services may be billable depending on the work required and material(s) used. For work that can be performed by building engineer/maintenance staff, building management will ask the tenant's authorized representative to approve the estimated billable charges prior to scheduling work.
